Can I purchase single items instead of a bundle?
Yes, you can! We do sell individual items, but please note that postage costs are already included in the price of singular products. That’s why most of our customers choose our “Build-a-Box” option — it gives you the freedom to pick multiple items in one order while getting far more value for your money compared to buying items one by one. -
What is included in each treat box?
All our boxes are pre-made with carefully selected treats. However, we also offer a custom box option where you can choose exactly which items you’d like to include. -
Can I customise my own box?
Yes — our custom box builder allows you to select your preferred items to create a personalised treat box. -
Are all products in the boxes American imports?
Not all products are American imports. However, any items labelled as American are genuine imported products from the USA. -
Are the snacks you sell suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
While we aim to cater for vegetarians and vegans, many of our chocolate products contain milk, and some flavours may include ingredients unsuitable for vegetarian or vegan diets. Please check product labels or enquire with us before purchase if you have dietary requirements. -
Do your products contain allergens?
We clearly list allergens wherever possible, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their needs. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering. -
Can I request a specific item or flavour?
We do not take special item requests for pre-made boxes. However, you can use our custom box builder to create a box that perfectly suits your preferences. -
Will the items in my box always match the description?
Yes — items are packed with care, and all product titles, descriptions, and images are provided accurately to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver orders within 2–3 working days using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48-hour delivery service. -
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the UK. -
How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free — always. -
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. -
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
